Aquatics Rehab & One-on-One Classes
We are happy to introduce aquatics rehab and group exercise classes
thanks to our convenient location at Elements Health Club with access to both lap and therapy pools!

We also offer skilled aquatics rehab recovery sessions that can be billed to your insurance for pre & post partum therapy as well as rehab from injuries including post-surgical!
​
We also offer one-on-one swimming instruction for adult and children on a case by case basis.
