About the event
In this workshop and exercise class we will learn the "why's" what to do and then implement them in a 20 minute workout so you can perform them at home or in your gym and workout classes confidently. Â We will go over the squat, deadlift/hip hinge, core work, and much more identifying factors that may cause pain and diastasis recti and how to avoid them! Â Common topics: pubic symphsis pain, round ligament pain, SIJ pain, low back pain, Â diastasis recti, headaches, and feet pain! Â
