Join Dr. Jaime Darling PT, DPT for an educational and interactive 60 minute

class to help with distasis recti, round ligament pain, pelvic floor dysfunction,

pelvis pain, low back pain, and more!

Beginner Steps: Intro to Running

Join Dr. Jaime Darling PT, DPT for a 30 min workshop to help get you started or back into running! There will be a short (20 minute) presentation with an opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Learn the basic tools you'll need to get started, why the correct shoes are important and how to find them, cross-training tips, stretches and exercises for warm ups and cool downs and recovery resources.
